EloraSim eSIM Guide

How to Install Your eSIM

Follow the simple steps below to install and use your EloraSim travel eSIM. Select your device type and complete the setup before you travel.

Before you start: Make sure your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked when required, and has a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection. Device menus may vary by model, operating system, region, and mobile operator.

iPhone eSIM Installation

For compatible iPhone models running a supported version of iOS.

Install with QR Code

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Cellular. Select Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Add eSIM. Tap Set Up Cellular or Add eSIM.
  4. Scan the QR code. Choose Use QR Code and scan your EloraSim QR code.
  5. Continue setup. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Choose your data line. Select the EloraSim eSIM for mobile data when appropriate.
Tip: If the QR code is displayed on the same iPhone, use the supported QR installation option provided by your iOS version, or display the QR code on another screen.

Samsung Galaxy eSIM Installation

For Galaxy devices with eSIM support.

Install on Samsung Galaxy

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi. Open Settings.
  2. Open Connections. Tap Connections and then SIM manager.
  3. Add eSIM. Select Add eSIM.
  4. Scan the QR code. Select the QR option and scan your EloraSim QR code.
  5. Download the plan. Follow the instructions to download the eSIM profile.
  6. Manage your SIM. Select the eSIM for mobile data when needed.
Note: Samsung eSIM availability can vary by model, region and carrier. Check your exact Galaxy model before purchase.

Google Pixel eSIM Installation

For supported Google Pixel devices.

Install on Google Pixel

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi. Open the Settings app.
  2. Open SIM settings. Go to Network & internet, then SIMs.
  3. Add a SIM. Tap Add SIM and select Set up an eSIM.
  4. Follow setup. Follow the on-screen instructions for your eSIM.
  5. Complete installation. Allow the eSIM profile to download.
  6. Select data settings. Choose the EloraSim profile for mobile data.
Note: Pixel menus and eSIM setup options may vary by Android version, device model and carrier.

Other Android Devices

Compatible devices from manufacturers such as Xiaomi, Motorola, OPPO and others.

General Android Setup

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi. Open your device Settings.
  2. Find SIM settings. Look for Mobile Network, SIM Manager, SIMs or Cellular Network.
  3. Add an eSIM. Look for Add eSIM, Download SIM or Add Mobile Plan.
  4. Scan your QR code. Use the device's QR scanner when available.
  5. Download the profile. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
  6. Set mobile data. Select your EloraSim eSIM as the preferred data SIM if required.
Important: Android menus differ between manufacturers. If you cannot find an eSIM option, check your exact model specifications and regional support.

iPad & Cellular Tablets

For supported tablets with cellular and eSIM capabilities.

Install on iPad

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi. Open Settings on your iPad.
  2. Open Cellular settings. Select Cellular Data or Mobile Data.
  3. Add a cellular plan. Choose the option to add an eSIM or cellular plan.
  4. Scan the QR code. Use the QR code provided with your EloraSim order.
  5. Complete setup. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
  6. Enable cellular data. Select the EloraSim plan when you want to use it.
Check first: Your iPad must be a compatible cellular model. Wi-Fi-only tablets do not provide cellular eSIM functionality.

Windows eSIM Devices

For supported Windows laptops and PCs with cellular connectivity.

Install on Windows

  1. Check cellular support. Open Settings and go to Network & internet.
  2. Open Cellular. Make sure your Windows device has cellular connectivity.
  3. Open eSIM profiles. Select Cellular and find the eSIM profile section.
  4. Add a profile. Choose the option to add an eSIM profile.
  5. Use the activation code. Scan the EloraSim QR code or enter the activation information manually when supported.
  6. Activate the profile. Select the installed eSIM profile and choose it for cellular data.
Important: eSIM support requires compatible cellular hardware. Windows settings and available options may vary by device and Windows version.

Confirm that your exact device model supports eSIM and that the device meets the requirements shown on your EloraSim product page.

Keep your primary SIM available if needed and select the correct line for mobile data when using your travel eSIM.

Install Before Departure

Install your eSIM while you have reliable Wi-Fi. Follow the product instructions for when to enable the plan and begin using data.

Keep your EloraSim installation information available until the eSIM has been successfully installed and connected.
