2. Paying with PayPal

PayPal provides an online payment option for eligible customers. The payment methods available through PayPal may vary depending on your PayPal account, country or region, currency, and transaction.

Review your product, price, order information, and delivery email before continuing.

Select PayPal when it is presented as an available payment option at checkout.

Complete Payment

Follow the PayPal checkout instructions and authorize the transaction through PayPal.

Receive Your eSIM

After successful payment and order processing, your digital eSIM information is delivered electronically.

3. Payment Confirmation

Your EloraSim order is processed after the payment has been successfully confirmed by the applicable payment provider.

Check that your payment status is completed or confirmed.
Use the correct email address during checkout.
Keep your order confirmation for your records.
Do not submit multiple payments for the same order unless instructed.

Important: A pending, declined, reversed, or incomplete payment may delay eSIM fulfillment until the transaction status is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment Currency

Product prices are displayed on the relevant EloraSim product or checkout pages before payment. The final amount may depend on the currency and payment method available during checkout.

If your payment provider performs a currency conversion, exchange rates or additional charges may be determined by the provider and may differ from the displayed product price.

5. Payment Security

Payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider. EloraSim does not intentionally request or store your full PayPal password, full payment card number, or card security code through our standard eSIM ordering process.

Payment providers may apply their own security checks, transaction limits, verification procedures, and fraud-prevention measures.

6. Payment Issues & Refunds

If you experience a payment problem, please first verify the payment status with the applicable payment provider and check your EloraSim order confirmation.

For refund requests, eligibility is determined according to our Refund Policy and the status of the purchased eSIM. Approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment method.
